Pee
Only enabled with urination accidents. As any character "digests" fluids, their bladder stat will periodically increase. When bladder reaches larger values, all stats will be slightly lowered. Urinating reduces bladder back down to 0, but humiliates the character if not done in a body of water, into a toilet, or while wearing an undamaged diaper. Most NPCs give you the "Not Potty Trained" reputation if you urinate in front of them. Soiling non-diaper clothing humiliates the character further, and will temporarily reduce EXP gain until dried over time or manually cleaned. Urinating involuntarily will result in uncontrolled urination, which eventually leads to incontinence.
Poo
Requires scat to be enabled. Works like pee. Keep in mind however that a bowel accident will always out you if you're in the same place as another Touhou
Notes
You will need at least B knowledge to know exact values of yours and other's bladder and bowels during the day.
Mitigation
Dealing with urine leas can be easily done with a catheter system.
Diapers
Diapers are used to hold one's incontinence, whether that's either liquid or solid. Because wearing one is very bulky and generally infers that you aren't potty trained, many will give awkward looks at you. Taped diapers are much less discreet as they're generally worn by those who have severe potty issues or are incontinent. Because of their high absorbency stats, they're benefit from not needing boosters and it's armor value increasing the more you soil it.
The thicker a diaper is, the slower your Movement is:
- Thin: Does not affect movement
- Regular: 98%
- Thick:
- Bulky: 75%
- Extreme: 33%
- Hyper: 15% (CANNOT MOVE without the assistance of flight)
This penalty can be mitigated with diaper addiction. Each point will decrease the movement penalty by 1%.

Continence Chart
Bladder size is based on max base, not when the character pees themselves for levels 0 and higher. Multiply those values by 1.2 to get the value where the Touhou pisses herself.

Solid Containment
Each type of underwear has a set amount of solids it can hold depending the type and sub-type of the underwear as well as it's absorbency and if it has leak guards.
| Underwear Type | Minimum Continence | Maximum Continence | Solid Containment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diaper | Any < -2 | -2 [Habit] | 1030g |
| Trunks | -1 [Tempted] | Any > -1 | 1030g |
| Pull-Up | -4 [Very Regressed] | -1 [Tempted] | 800g |

| Thong | -1 [Tempted] | Any > -1 | 0g |
| Open-Crotch | -1 [Tempted] | Any > -1 | 0g |
These are the multpliers for absorbency levels.
| Absorbency | Multiplier |
|---|---|
| Thin | 0.75x |
| Average | 1.0x |
| Thick | 1.5x |
| Bulky | 3.0x |
| Extreme | 30x |
| Hyper/Barrier | 250x |
Tall leak guards give a 1.7x multiplier while normal leak guards give a 1.3x multiplier.
