The new version of the importer do not allow to move certain parts of the body beyond a certain area, making the models unable to be deform and perform higher posing customization.

I add screenshots version 9.4.4 and version 9.5.0

Yes I got annoyed by it so I turned it off by default. You can turn it back on by selecting the hand ik and enabling the slider
